I do not know of such a proof, but you might try looking at this list of 192 proofs of quadratic reciprocity : www.rzuser.uni-heidelberg.de/~hb3/frchrono.html Stokes' theorem is not explicitly mentioned in the list of methods, but it may be hidden under something like "geometry."
