On target.  ftp.std.com has the upgrade packages available for download.
Also, a pointer at this site led me to the WEB page at nr.harvard.edu.
Outstanding pointer.  The WEB page, for anyone wanting to know, is:

Upgrade patches are free downloads.  There are also directions for what to do
with any discovered problems.
