Ha! I knew this would come in handy. I've already collected answers to
a half-dozen questions of this type; this poor fellow's about to get
the whole 41K file mailed to him.
Those who were about to follow up to this person's post might wish to
check out a copy of the answers I've already collected; I think I've
got all the answers in there that usually get posted. I'd be happy to
fold in improvements since I estimate another poster will ask this
question in less than one month.
