I have a web page with a Java applet where you can enter a negative value
for the discriminant D and you will get the class number h(D) of the
primitive positive definite  binary quadratic forms with discriminant D
and a list of all the reduced forms of discriminant D.

My goal is to show how you can prove, using quadratic forms, Fermat's
result that a prime congruent to 1 mod 4 can be expressed as a sum of
two squares.
