Assume you already have a noise signal.  You can bandpass filter the
signal to determine the noise in a narrow band.  Another analytical
method is to take a Fourier transform of the signal.  The Fourier
transform can be converted into a power spectrum or a power spectral
density.

There are also methods available for synthesizing a narrow-band noise
signal.
