From: "Alan Miller" Subject: Special functions in Fortran 90 Date: Sat, 04 Dec 1999 13:31:11 GMT Newsgroups: comp.lang.fortran,sci.math.num-analysis Keywords: library for computation I have put up the special functions from the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Math. Library at my overflow web site: http://users.bigpond.net.au/amiller/ They include Bessel, Airy, Elliptic and many other functions. Most of the single precision versions are accurate to about 13-14 decimals if used in double precision, while the double precision versions are accurate to about 25-27 decimals when run in quadruple precision. Documentation? As far as I know, there is no computer readable version of the manual. I have prepared a text file which lists the functions. Hardcopy versions of the manual are very difficult to obtain. -- Alan Miller, Retired Scientist (Statistician) CSIRO Mathematical & Information Sciences Alan.Miller -at- vic.cmis.csiro.au http://www.ozemail.com.au/~milleraj
