EXPLAIN PLAN Statement

Display the execution plan for an SQL statement.

Syntax:

   EXPLAIN PLAN [SET STATEMENT_ID = 'text']
      FOR statement

   EXPLAIN PLAN [SET STATEMENT_ID = 'text']
      INTO [schema.]table@dblink
         FOR statement
